1. Refund Policy

All payments for the 2-3 hour “Wings to Bollywood” workshop, priced at ₹499, are final and non-refundable. Once the payment is processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Additionally, if a user fails to attend the webinar themselves, no refund will be provided.

2. Cancellation Terms

Cancellations are not permitted for the workshop. Users are unable to cancel their registration after payment has been made. Please ensure your availability before registering.

3. Return Conditions

This policy does not apply to returns, as the workshop is a live webinar and does not involve the delivery of physical goods or downloadable content that can be returned.

4. Exceptions

The only exceptions to the no-refund policy are as follows:

• If the webinar is not conducted due to technical failures at our end, a full refund will be issued to the affected users.
• If we cancel the webinar at our discretion and reschedule it, users who cannot attend the rescheduled date may cancel their registration and receive a full refund.

No other exceptions will be made unless required by applicable law.
